And give full measure when you measure, and weigh with a balance that is straight. That is good (advantageous) and better in the end.

"And weigh with the true and straight balance.

It is Allah Who has sent down the Book (the Quran) in truth, and the balance (i.e. to act justly). And what can make you know that perhaps the Hour is close at hand?

And the heaven He has raised high, and He has set up the balance.

In order that you may not transgress (due) balance.

And observe the weight with equity and do not make the balance deficient.

Indeed We have sent Our Messengers with clear proofs, and revealed with them the Scripture and the balance (justice) that mankind may keep up justice. And We brought forth iron wherein is mighty power (in matters of war), as well as many benefits for mankind, that Allah may test who it is that will help Him (His religion), and His Messengers in the unseen. Verily, Allah is All-Strong, All-Mighty.

Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy,

But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light,
