Chapter 26, Verse 193, The Poets
سورة الشعراء
نَزَلَ بِهِ ٱلرُّوحُ ٱلۡأَمِينُ
Which the trustworthy Ruh [Jibrael (gabriel)] has brought down;
Chapter 51, Verse 24, The winnowing winds
سورة الذاريات
هَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ضَيۡفِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ ٱلۡمُكۡرَمِينَ
Has the story reached you, of the honoured guests [three angels; Jibrael (gabriel) along with another two] of Ibrahim (Abraham)?
Chapter 53, Verse 5, The Stars
سورة النجم
عَلَّمَهُۥ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡقُوَىٰ
He has been taught (this Quran) by one mighty in power [Jibrael (gabriel)].
Chapter 53, Verse 7, The Stars
سورة النجم
وَهُوَ بِٱلۡأُفُقِ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ
While he [Jibrael (gabriel)] was in the highest part of the horizon,
Chapter 53, Verse 8, The Stars
سورة النجم
ثُمَّ دَنَا فَتَدَلَّىٰ
Then he [Jibrael (gabriel)] approached and came closer,
Chapter 53, Verse 10, The Stars
سورة النجم
فَأَوۡحَىٰٓ إِلَىٰ عَبۡدِهِۦ مَآ أَوۡحَىٰ
So did (Allah) convey the Inspiration to His slave [Muhammad ﷺ through Jibrael (gabriel)].
Chapter 53, Verse 13, The Stars
سورة النجم
وَلَقَدۡ رَءَاهُ نَزۡلَةً أُخۡرَىٰ
And indeed he (Muhammad ﷺ) saw him [Jibrael (gabriel)] at a second descent (i.e. another time).
Chapter 70, Verse 4, The Ascending stairways
سورة المعارج
تَعۡرُجُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيۡهِ فِي يَوۡمٖ كَانَ مِقۡدَارُهُۥ خَمۡسِينَ أَلۡفَ سَنَةٖ
The angels and the Ruh [Jibrael (gabriel)] ascend to Him in a Day the measure whereof is fifty thousand years,
Chapter 81, Verse 23, The Overthrowing
سورة التكوير
وَلَقَدۡ رَءَاهُ بِٱلۡأُفُقِ ٱلۡمُبِينِ
And indeed he (Muhammad ﷺ) saw him [Jibrael (gabriel)] in the clear horizon (towards the east).
Chapter 97, Verse 4, The Power
سورة القدر
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٖ
Therein descend the angels and the Ruh [Jibrael (gabriel)] by Allah's Permission with all Decrees,
