Chapter 17, Verse 47, The night journey
سورة الإسراء
نَّحۡنُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يَسۡتَمِعُونَ بِهِۦٓ إِذۡ يَسۡتَمِعُونَ إِلَيۡكَ وَإِذۡ هُمۡ نَجۡوَىٰٓ إِذۡ يَقُولُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا رَجُلٗا مَّسۡحُورًا
nahnu aaalamu bima yastamiaaoona bihi ith yastamiaaoona ilayka waith hum najwa ith yaqoolu alththalimoona in tattabiaaoona illa rajulan mashooran
We know best of what they listen to, when they listen to you. And when they take secret counsel, behold, the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.) say: "You follow none but a bewitched man."
Chapter 7, Verse 55, The heights
سورة الأعراف
ٱدۡعُواْ رَبَّكُمۡ تَضَرُّعٗا وَخُفۡيَةًۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدِينَ
Invoke your Lord with humility and in secret. He likes not the aggressors.
Chapter 9, Verse 78, Repentance
سورة التوبة
أَلَمۡ يَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُ سِرَّهُمۡ وَنَجۡوَىٰهُمۡ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَّٰمُ ٱلۡغُيُوبِ
alam yaaalamoo anna allaha yaaalamu sirrahum wanajwahum waanna allaha aaallamu alghuyoobi
Know they not that Allah knows their secret ideas, and their najwa (secret counsels), and that Allah is the All-Knower of the unseen.
Chapter 19, Verse 3, Mary
سورة مريم
إِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥ نِدَآءً خَفِيّٗا
When he called out his Lord (Allah) a call in secret,
Chapter 20, Verse 62, Taha
سورة طه
فَتَنَٰزَعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَهُم بَيۡنَهُمۡ وَأَسَرُّواْ ٱلنَّجۡوَىٰ
fatanazaaaoo amrahum baynahum waasarroo alnnajwa
Then they debated with one another what they must do, and they kept their talk secret.
Chapter 68, Verse 23, The Pen
سورة القلم
فَٱنطَلَقُواْ وَهُمۡ يَتَخَٰفَتُونَ
So they departed, conversing in secret low tones (saying),
